Greg’s career history seamlessly bridges the worlds of music performance and production, combining a deep understanding of the entertainment industry with a passion for elevating artists and creating unforgettable musical experiences.

His journey began at the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, where he worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Music Director,  gaining unique insight into both the business side and the artistic side of music from his front row seat for Orchestral operations. By day, he collaborated on groundbreaking initiatives including leading one of the first-ever studies on music’s effects on Parkinson’s Disease in partnership with Indiana University - Purdue University Fort Wayne’s Music Therapy department. By night, he worked alongside the Music Director as a secondary assistant conductor, refining his skills in orchestration and rehearsal direction.

This experience led him to co-chair the Music as Medicine task force, where he played a pivotal role in integrating live music into healthcare settings. This initiative, then and now, underscores his belief in music’s power to connect, inspire and heal.

Building a Visionary Music Production Company

Greg’s transition into music production was both organic and inevitable. While working at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, he collaborated on Emily Drennan’s double disc debut album, Two-Way Street. It not only launched her recording career, but also inspired the founding of RoxSteady Music. Recognizing a gap in the industry, Greg and Emily created a company designed to serve independent artists offering high-level production, arranging, and business guidance while allowing musicians to retain creative control. This philosophy, summed up in the company’s motto, “Let the artist be the artist,” became the foundation of RoxSteady’s success.

His work has received critical acclaim, with projects spanning from Broadway-inspired recordings to cutting-edge punk albums to sold-out Symphonic Pops shows to intimate solo cabaret nights. Each showcasing his ability to weave a compelling narrative through music. His productions have been praised for their emotional depth, genre versatility, and meticulous attention to detail.
